5 x 3 inch self-adhesive Unit Information Label. Create your own wording and layout or use our setup.

Unit Information Label – 5 x 3. Great for tagging units and saves time capturing important information at the time of installation or start of a new service.

Labels are self-adhesive. Information on labels can be altered to fit company and state regulations. Image shown is for sample layout only. Ink color shown on this sample can be changed. Choose any color from list below. Labels are printed in one standard color. If you want the label to be in more than one color, please call customer service for information and pricing.

NOTE: Labels are designed for application at room temperature to a clean, dry, non-oily, smooth, flat surface only. Not tamperproof. Weatherproof labels can withstand heat, cold, water and sunlight for up to 1 1/2 years. If samples are needed to test out on specific surfaces, let us know and we will be glad to mail you some samples. Always pre-test materials on application surface(s) if you are unsure. See label material description and choices below.

Choose from Unit Information Label material type and color. Please indicate Unit Information Label color and material choice in the special instructions area on the imprint information screen.
When choosing weatherproof Unit Information Labels – choose from quantities below with a W listed after quantity – indicating weatherproof material.

• Gloss – High quality appearance. Not recommended when labels are to be written on (unless using a permanent sharpie marker). Not weatherproof. Permanent adhesive.
Color choices: White, or Yellow.

• Litho – High quality coated litho stock for excellent print characteristics. Can be easily written on with pen. Not weatherproof. Permanent adhesive.
Color choices: White

• Fluorescents – Matte paper with attention-getting bright colors. Recommend black ink only. Not weatherproof. Permanent adhesive.
Color choices: Red, Orange, Green, Chartreuse, or Pink.

• Paper Foils – Silver or Gold Foil available with a brite or dull finish. Not for application to equipment or to be written on. Not weatherproof. Permanent adhesive.

• Weatherproof/Vinyl – Durable, weather resistant material. Can withstand heat, cold, water and sunlight for up to 1.5 years. For both indoor and outdoor use. Not recommended when labels are to be written on (unless using a permanent sharpie marker). Permanent adhesive.
Color choices: White or Yellow.
