NC Notice of Treatment Label

This Notice of Treatment label is used for notification that you have treated for the prevention of subterranean termites and where a copy of the warranty can be obtained. And it keeps your firm’s name in front of the property owner.

Labels are self-adhesive. Information on labels can be altered to fit company and state regulations. Image shown is for sample layout only. Ink color shown on this sample cannot  be changed.  Labels are printed in one standard color. If you want the label to be in more than one color, please call customer service for information and pricing.

NOTE: Labels are designed for application at room temperature to a clean, dry, non-oily, smooth, flat surface only. Not tamperproof. Weatherproof labels can withstand heat, cold, water and sunlight for up to 1 1/2 years. If samples are needed to test out on specific surfaces, let us know and we will be glad to mail you some samples. Always pre-test materials on application surface(s) if you are unsure.
