Convenient to use service record label. Apply to units or areas where your technicians can utilize when servicing equipment. Helps to keep the correct information on nature of service call, date and technician’s initials.

Labels are self-adhesive. Information on labels can be altered to fit company and state regulations. Image shown is for sample layout only. Ink color shown on this sample can be changed. Choose any color from list below. Labels are printed in one standard color. If you want the label to be in more than one color, please call customer service for information and pricing.

Please supply any changes in the special instructions area on the imprint info screen or you can e-mail your information and changes to the art department. E-mail [email protected].

NOTE: Labels are designed for application at room temperature to a clean, dry, non-oily, smooth, flat surface only. Not tamperproof. If samples are needed to test out on specific surfaces, let us know and we will be glad to mail you some samples. Always pre-test materials on application surface(s) if you are unsure. See label material description and choices below.

    *RequiredLabel Stock Choices

     Weatherproof Vinyl – Durable, weather-resistant material. Can withstand heat, cold, water, and sunlight for up to 1 ½ years. For both indoor and outdoor use. Not recommended when labels are to be written on (unless using a permanent sharpie marker). Permanent adhesive.

    Gloss – High quality appearance.  Not recommended when labels are to be written on (unless using a permanent sharpie marker).  Not weatherproof.  Permanent adhesive.

    Litho – High quality coated litho stock (smooth but not glossy) for excellent print characteristics. It can easily be written on with a pen. Permanent adhesive. Not weatherproof. Available in White only.

    Fluorescents – Matte paper with attention-getting bright colors. We recommend BLACK INK ONLY. Not weatherproof. Permanent adhesive.

    Paper Foils – Silver or Gold Foil available with a brite or dull finish. Not for application to equipment or to be written on. Not weatherproof. Permanent adhesive.
